Purchase Ledger Clerk required for Head Office at Country Court Care Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. We are looking for a full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk. The individual will join an established finance team, in this busy and friendly office, and will have good purchase ledger experience. The Candidate Experience of Sage 50 would be beneficial for this role.This individual should have a confident and friendly personality and display a strong understanding of the confidentiality required to work in finance. The individual must also be computer literate and possess an ability to grasp the various management systems used bespoke for the industry and linked with Sage. Duties and Responsibilities Purchase Ledger - Accruals and prepayments. - Loading of payments runs. - Maintaining Fixed Asset register. - Managing daily and monthly controls and reconciliations. - Monitor and review major supplier accounts. Skills / Attributes Required - Purchase Ledger knowledge and experience is essential. - Sage experience beneficial. - Strong IT literacy and Excel skills. - Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Sound understanding of confidentiality - Able to demonstrate aptitude of using figures. - Inter-personal skills. - Highly organised.
