THE BASICS: The ideal IT Support Technician will work as part of a small team, providing support for approximately 100 users across sites in central London, Germany and New York. You will be the primary IT Support Technician for our client and the team will consist of designers, account teams and business support professionals. This is a ?hands on' face-to-face support role and would be suitable for a sociable individual who likes face-to-face interaction. It is also essential that you have both Windows and some Mac support experience. As the IT Support Technician, you will get the chance to be part of a great team and a vibrant creative culture with excellent benefits. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: IT Support Technicians with Desktop Support (Windows 7, 10, Mac OS X) and troubleshooting application and hardware issue experience, coupled with knowledge of managing backups, iOS device support, managing users and permissions using Active Directory; setting up meetings/presentations and maintaining meeting room equipment will be of interest. Troubleshooting and managing MFDs and printers and logging support calls with vendors and suppliers will also make up part of your duties. THE EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will be working in a mixed environment (Mac and Windows), possess strong troubleshooting skills and have great customer service. So, if you have strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge; excellent knowledge of Remote and Help Desk Tools, coupled with Adobe Creative Cloud application support and Avaya VOIP telephone system administration, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
