IT Support Engineer
1st Line Support Engineer Support Technician Bristol £21,000 Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking an IT Support Technician Engineer, who will provide day to day application and OS 1st Line Support. This is an exciting job opportunity to work for a well-respected, ground breaking organisation. The job role is split between two sites so own transport is required. Duties & Responsibilities: You will provide 1st line support for users who have problems with MS Office, Photoshop, Internet, Extranet, Email (Exchange Clients) and internally developed systems, within both Windows environments The nature of this support will include: making system modifications as directed, manipulating data, reconfiguring systems, changing operating procedures, training users, producing additional documentation, or escalating requests to systems development staff or software suppliers You will analyse and resolve problems by working across the IT team Pre-requisites: You will have experience in a similar 1st Line Support role, Windows based and worked with a ticketing system An ability to strictly follow procedures and build sheets A thorough knowledge of the business and technical aspects of the software applications: MS Office, Photoshop, Internet, Email (Exchange clients) You will have a basic understanding of network principles A thorough knowledge of Windows PC hardware and software environment If you are passionate with excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks with relevant IT Support experience, we would love to hear from you If you are interested please send a copy of your CV to Claire at Jonothan Bosworth for more information.
