Utilities Complaint Handler
Huntswood are on the lookout for experienced complaint handlers to join a utilities project based in Cardiff. Huntswood can offer excellent rates up £170 per day depending on experience. This will involve dealing with a variety of customer complaints and you will be responsible for the customer's end-to-end journey through the complaint handling process. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive financial services complaint handling experience, this may include Banking (e.g. PPI, PBA, investment, mortgage complaints) General insurance (e.g. motor or home insurance) Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through a number of in house databases Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word Strong numeracy and written communication skills Your main duties will be: To investigate and remediate customer complaints by reviewing all evidence to ensure the right outcome for the customer is made To managing your own workload in a targeted environment Comply with policies, processes and regulations relevant to your role To use MS Office and navigate through several IT systems Interested?
