Employee Benefits Consultant
Employee Benefits Consultant to provide a professional service to clients covering all aspects of their group scheme arrangements and to advise and consult on cover arrangements to meet clients' needs.
Responsibilities will include: managing a portfolio of clients (including retention and development); provide consultancy support; cross-selling to achieve targets; building relationships; support the rebroking of risk benefits; prospecting according to identified targets (develop and maintain a database of target companies; generate new and maintain existing professional connections; assist with the preparation and presentation of communications to clients and their employees; visit clients to ensure smooth operations; maintain and apply agreed servicing standards and procedures.
Candidates must have experience of working within an Employee Benefits Consultancy role providing support to a range of clients on a variety of Group Schemes, strong knowledge/experience of employee benefits products and thorough understanding of FCA regulations & guidelines. The role requires excellent client servicing skills, ability to accurately analyse data in order to identify key issues, good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Completed, or working towards Dip PFS.
