Financial Services/IFA Administrator
New opportunity for an Office Administrator, preferably with some IFA experience although not essential (are prepared to provide training - if they can show the qualities looking for).
Responsibilities will include supporting, developing and maintaining the administration function of the financial services department. This will involve maintaining accurate records, creating and producing letters, reports and invoices and assisting with arrangements for training. Acting as the liaison for both product providers in respect of new business processing and policy enquiries and clients in respect of any non-advice issues.
Candidates do not need to be at a paraplanner level or diploma qualified, but are happy to look at someone who may be interested in taking exams in the future with a view to moving up the career ladder. Experience of using computer based management systems would be an advantage. Candidates must be computer literate, conscientious and have a good attention to detail.
