RARK Solutions have an exciting and urgent requirement for a Credit Controller to join a thriving, successful team in Medway.

Our client is a specialist managed print and office equipment supplier who go above and beyond to fit their client's needs and they are looking for an experienced Credit Controller as the team expands.

The main responsibilities will include:

(Covering 4 companies)

  • Credit control
  • VAT Returns
  • Chasing payments via telephone and email
  • Maintaining a portfolio of clients
  • Managing credit limits
  • Raising and checking invoices
  • Checking direct debits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing and updating the payroll journal
  • Resolving any client issues or queries to ensure the timely collection of all outstanding payments
  • Liaising with the sales team regarding any queries

The ideal candidate will have experience of using Sage 50 and will have prior Credit Control experience. You will also have good Excel skills and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with people over the phone and face to face.

Monday to Friday, 9-5:30pm
