Winners are working with this highly reputed city centre based organisation in order to recruit
an experienced Accounts Assistant to support operations within the busy, commercial finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and based in central Truro the purpose of this role is to provide
timely and accurate bookkeeping functions and maintain accurate recording of payments and client details.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Taking and recording payments from clients.
Maintaining client and customer details
Ensure an organised filing system for client files
Dealing with queries and accounts related correspondence
Supporting the finance team where required and as instructed by the Financial Controller.
This is a varied role that will suit a candidate already experienced in a multifaceted finance admin
The successful applicant will demonstrate solid working command of MS Office (word/excel), a financial reporting
system such as SAGE along with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
You will be a confident communicator, customer focused will exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The role is offered as a permanent, part time requirement, Monday - Friday 3-4 hours each day.
