Lead Marketing Manager
Your new role
This interim role will be on a 9-12 month basis during which time you will take responsibility for initiating, developing and implementing the marketing plans across the organisations product portfolio. You will be required to confidently manage and support the marketing team and take the lead in developing new ideas.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have previous marketing management experience, preferably within an FMCG environment and ideally be CIM qualified. Alongside this you should also have a proven track-record in proactively identifying business opportunities and presenting marketing plans including to demonstrate ROI. You must also be able to manage relationships with external customers and design agencies. Team management experience is required.
