Amoria Bond are currently searching for a Credit Controller / accounts administrator with a financial aptitude to start work as soon as possible in our dynamic, fast growing organisation. The role is to cover a period of maternity leave, initially for a fixed term of 12 months with the possibility to extend or become permanent should business growth continue in line with previous years.

This credit control role also includes a performance bonus for successful work.

The credit controller / accounts administrator will ideally have a good background in book keeping (primarily ledger work), credit control, general office administration, and ideally have some exposure to a busy sales environment. As a credit controller / accounts administrator, you will report directly into the Finance Manager and Finance Director.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

Purchase and Sales Ledger Work
Printing & Checking timesheets on
Payment of Purchase invoices
Cover of other booking keeping staff during periods of annual leave
Credit Control for various ledgers, contacting clients by phone, post, email Posting cash receipts
Debtor reporting on a regular basis
Running Credit Report checks
Sales ledger to invoice financing ledger reconciliations
Liaising with the bank on cash allocations
Managing our online timesheets system
Dealing with calls and emails from Contractors/ Clients regarding timesheets and invoices etc
Project Work

A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Database management would be essential for this credit control / finance admin position. Exposure to payroll or contracts would be an advantage, although full training will be given. Amoria Bond is an international company so language skills, particularly German or Dutch, would be an advantage, but are not essential. The ideal credit controller / accounts administrator will have experience of working in fast moving, sales driven environment, where you will be used to multi-tasking and handling various internal and external stakeholders.
