IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician / Microsoft / Cloud / Networking / Office 365 / Microsoft / Sophos / Cyber IT Support Engineer with IT and Network Support experience and a full UK driving licence is needed by our client, a rising family-owned IT support company, to be based in Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire). Servicing SMEs in the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire region, they are renowned as the complete 'one-stop-shop'. They covers anything from phone systems, computer networks, data storage/backup, virtualisation, cloud solutions, to disaster recovery. The Role: On any given day, you may find yourself providing remote or onsite IT support, developing IT support processes, and managing small projects. The role will involve installing IT systems, assisting with new system rollouts, and working with private / public cloud solutions, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery, as well as AV and other IT cyber-security solutions. Training for Microsoft, Sophos and Cyber will be provided.
