An opportunity has arisen to join our Credit Team at our Head Office in Crewe Cheshire. To directly manage Customer’s trading within Credit limits Proactively review customer credit limits Any Adhoc administrative duties Escalate problematic accounts or any possible fraudulent activity to Manager Apply for Increases in insurance cover to avoid customer overtrading To apply for WES uninsured credit limit in line with company policy Apply Account blocks to overtrading customer accounts in line with company procedure, keeping the in country sales and credit team updated on all actions. Maintain Customer Account contact records to reflect all actions taken Request customer term and credit limit changes Review any large card orders and if this will result in an increased credit limit being required To ensure trading within limit via security or reduction in payment terms Maintain contact with in country credit team In return for your skills and experience, we are delighted to offer the following: A competitive basic salary of up to £21000 dependant on experience Friendly working hours – Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5pm Company pension & life assurance scheme (after qualifying period) Generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year plus statutory bank holidays Employee discount and incentives scheme (Perkbox) this includes free mobile phone insurance, supermarket, high street savings, Gym discounts, Money off meals and great prices on cinema tickets.
