Key skills as a Change Project Manager: Proven Project Management skills across the full project lifecycle including creating project plans, reporting status and risk management, transition into business as usual and measurement of return on investment Solid experience of process creation, mapping and analysis using recognised Operational Excellence techniques, e.g. value stream mapping Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to present a proposal or status fluently to key business leads and sponsors Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management Proven use of Excel for data analysis (trend analysis, pivot tables) Batchelor's Degree Key responsibilities as a Change Project Manager: Working within a small, cross-functional team in the Operations department, you will help to drive and deliver projects that deliver real business value through efficiencies or transformational change. You will provide insight to help make decisions using excellent data analysis skills and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for implementing continual improvement initiatives and new ways of working through enabling people, improving process or implementing technology. You will work across the operations functions with key business leads and teams, understanding how they operate today, mapping business processes and helping to transform these to add additional value or leverage new technologies. You will help to roll out new processes and tools to operational teams, which could include facilitating workshops, training on new technologies and gathering user feedback. A role in which you will enjoy working on diverse projects across departnents with a variety of teams to be truly instrumental in taking the company to the next level.
