Our client, Concentra, a business consultancy and technology company, seeks a Consultant for their London team. Key duties: 1. Contribute to the design, implementation and roll-out of the proprietary organisational design and HR analytics product, OrgVue. 2. Deliver measurable analytics and value to clients by helping to solve their business problems and achieve best results from OrgVue. 3. Work with, and at times lead and manage, multidisciplinary teams of consultants, business analysts and developers. 4. Identify any associated risks or issues in the delivery of OrgVue. 5. Ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard. 6. Train clients on how they can utilise OrgVue to best achieve their objectives. 7. Contribute to internal and external risk management and mitigation. 8. Build new relationships and develop existing relationships with clients. 9. Identify new revenue opportunities for OrgVue and other Concentra products and services. Essential skills, qualifications and experience: 1. A relevant, top-class degree qualification. 2. Experience working for a top-tier consultancy. 3. Solid experience working with clients and/or consultants to solve complex business problems. 4. Excellent organisational design and strategic workforce planning / business transformation skills and experience. 5. Proven ability to successfully deliver outcomes as a leader of multidisciplinary teams. 6. Excellent analytical and quantitative and qualitative research skills. 7. Team leadership and management experience. 8. Sound knowledge of best practices across the latest analytics technologies. 9. Clear and evident commercial and business acumen. 10. Proven ability to work swiftly and accurately to tight deadlines. 11. Solid presentation skills and experience. 12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly, and exuding the confidence required to address senior level executives.
