Supporter Communications Data Specialist Could you use your technical and analytical data skills to help enhance our supporter communications? At ActionAid UK we are focused on making a real difference by helping people use their own power to fight poverty and injustice. The Data & Analysis Team provides data, analysis and insight to help the organisation better understand its supporters. This role’s focus is to understand the strategic and operational aims of supporter communications and to create and extract accurate selections of data from the database to deliver those communications. Working with the fundraising and campaigning teams you will help guide them in the strategic deployment of supporter communications, delivering data selections to fulfil these. You will manage the supporter communication schedule and planning processes to provide an overview of supporter journeys, and ensure individual supporters’ needs are fully considered in each and every communication. Experienced in creating database queries to extract data from a large relational database, you will also be skilled in data manipulation. As part of the role is about advising other teams you will have a strong understanding of how to use segmentation, targeting and testing in communications, and an ability to use your relationship and customer service skills to influence and negotiate with peers.
