An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Business Analyst to work with a multi $billion global business leader with over 25 million users worldwide in over 150 countries, this is a fantastic chance to join an already established but rapidly growing organisation. Job Overview: The Business Consultant role is to gather business requirements from various clients and design a solution that meets their needs. Working in partnership with the Project Manager, the Functional/Business Consultant completes project milestones, client documentation, and transitions the client to their Production environment. Responsibilities: • Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional hosted solution design according to client needs and scope of products/services • Exercise business and process analysis skills to ensure an optimal solution is provided to the client • Work together with the Project Manager to prioritize workload and agree client SLA • Lead onsite Expense Design sessions • Responsible for the creation and delivery of all functional documentation • Configure at a Global level as well as specific features and functionality at a Local level. • Conduct client webcasts (solution demo) and functional knowledge transfer sessions • Liaison with SME’s and internal departments / stakeholders where applicable • Perform issue identification, communication, and resolution • Communicate consistently and regularly the project status and progress with the Project Manager • Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Functional Consultants • Training (internal and external). Provide knowledge transfer to the client team (back office, system admin, configuration training) • Conduct internal product and process training as part of monthly sessions to the client services group Qualifications Education, Experience & Training required: • Business and process analysis experience • 2 years’ experience with software implementations • Experience in a client facing role • Functional consulting experience would be advantageous • Experience with software as a service (hosted) would be advantageous • Experience with financial applications or knowledge of accounting practices a plus
