This IT support company is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join their IT Support team providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.

The successful IT Technician will be a logical thinker, able to demonstrate problem solving skills in a timeefficient matter.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Be a polite, presentable individual, with a dynamic gogetting attitude towards work.
Have the ability to work well individually or as a team.
Be a punctual individual, with the ability to meet deadlines and administration skills should be of the highest standard.

IT Technician Responsibilities:

Logging, prioritisation and escalation of IT support issues and requests.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients to promote high level of customer service.
Resolution of 2nd/3rd line support issues and requests via telephone, remote support or onsite visits.
Assist other Line Technicians with support issues where required. Routine systems administration tasks.
Administration of hardware inventories and software licences. Undertake installation and maintenance of clients IT infrastructure, onsite or remotely.

IT Technician Requirements: should have a knowledge of the following

Windows Server 2008/2012
Windows 7/8/10
Virtualisation including HyperV and VM Ware
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Citrix.
MS Exchange Server and Office 365
Troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues
Installing and configuring Routers, Firewalls and Switches
Experience with Linux would be advantageous but not necessary.
Full, Clean UK driving license
