Our client, a global technologies company, is hiring for a Business Intelligence Analyst, to provide analytical and organisational support and insight to the Professional Services and Sales teams in order to optimise pre and post sales customer engagement; enabling the company to maximise its opportunity in the market. To produce and create data visualizations that provide business intelligence in order to optimize service, to assist with maximizing capabilities and targeting opportunities.


Responsible for running weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the board of directors and senior management team. These include Team Stats reports and indepth business intelligence reports on the service offering and performance across the country.
Responsible for creating analysis and reports after a remote assessment to assist sales with building opportunities, including Return on Investment calculations.
Responsible for managing and completing print fleet assessment and design related activities and all presales related activities. This includes sites visits, user interviews and all back office work. Key User for the audit software Sales Drive.
Responsible for maintaining and updating all current reports to ensure they meet the growing needs of the business.
Responsible for the development of new reports at the request of management, or selfdriven, to increase visibility and provide business insight to assist management with making key business decisions.
Measure, monitor and analyse service frequency, parts replacement, consumables usage and product reliability at the product level, service call level, resource level, contract level and account level.
Responsible for all service related Profit & Loss analytics.
Review and recommend areas for improvement in all measurable areas


Advanced Excel, including Power Pivot and Power Query (essential) and other Office skills
Knowledge/understanding of SQL (desirable)
Understanding of statistics used in predictive modelling
Power BI (desirable)
Creative & analytical thinking (essential)
Data Visualisation and Dashboard Creation (essential)
Data Exploration (essential)
Continuous Service Improvement (essential)
Programming experience (desirable)
Service management system understanding (essential)
Remote monitoring system understanding (essential)
Excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal
A recent graduate with a relevant degree

This is a fulltime, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
