IT Service Desk Analyst
IT Service Desk Analyst Manchester Initially for 3 months. My Client has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to help provide in-depth technical support for all supported software and equipment within the business. This person will be the first line support for all customers and responsible for ensuring all service requests and incidents are logged and managed appropriately. The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will have; Knowledge of ITIL Practices and preferably ITIL qualified. Experience of 1st Line support. Experience working within the NHS Strong understanding of desktop, server and network systems. Strong knowledge of IT Desktop hardware and software installation. Strong communication skills.
