Customer Service Specialist Chester £25,000 ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join an exciting financial services company based in the Chester area. The Customer Service Specialist will possess exceptional customer service and real desire to take ownership. Your primary method of contact will be online. The Customer Service Specialist will: Manage the customers journeys through any queries, questions, complaints to a satisfied and productive resolution incorporating defined SLA's and regulatory Managing day to day complaint resolution with a view to discover root cause and supporting senior management. Promote exceptional experience at all times through the customer journey, interaction and support. Required skills and experience for the Customer Service Specialist: Demonstrate excellence in customer service with regards to a customer journey Financial Services in a customer journey focused environment. Outbound calling experience Fraud, Underwriting or Anti Money Laundering (AML) experience.
