My client, a well-established legal 500 firm, are looking for a Solicitor to join their Employment department at their offices in Chester.

The department are recommended in the Legal 500 and act for a range of clients which includes large international businesses and start-ups. The team can therefore offer an exceptional portfolio of clients to the right candidate.
As an NQ Employment Solicitor, you will be working directly with the head of department who is very well respected in the industry. You will manage a mixed caseload which will include TUPE, Discrimination, Termination, Contract Queries & Disputes, Redundancy, Reorganisation, Disciplinary & Grievance, Sickness Absence, Performance Management, Maternity Issues, and Settlement Agreements.
You will be a NQ Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales, and undertaken a training seat in the Employment department. Alternatively, you may have up to around two years PQE and have a proven track record working as a Solicitor dealing with a case load of Employment matters.
