Ethics & Compliance Manager - Third Parties

A well known international business based in the Oxford area.
Your new role
You will be responsible for maintaining a robust third party compliance control programme within the business. This will require identifying internal and external policy changes that could impact the business and you will manage business partner risk assessments and due diligence requirements, as well as monitor and review the on-going development of the business' compliance strategy.
You will also get involved in investigations and liaising with all areas of the business and at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
Working in an entrepreneurial business you need to be a positive and energised self-driven person
You will require strong liaison and communication skills
Travel away, internationally is limited to about 10% (approx. 4-6 trips of 3 or 4 days at a time)
You need excellent experience of anti bribery & corruption legislation and the UK Bribery Act and have ideally worked in an international business operating in markets where ABC is a cultural challenge.
What you'll get in return
