Senior PHP Developer with an understanding of modern PHP Frameworks is sought by a well-known retail system supplier based in central Leeds. With a large client base of high street names this company are after a Senior Developer who feels equally at home working directly with clients to establish their system requirements as they do creating development roadmaps and mentoring more junior developers in order to create a highly skilled unified development function.


This Senior PHP Developer should have at least 3 years solid oo PHP development skills coupled with associated php frameworks knowledge (Lavavel, Zend, CakePHP etc) . Alongside this a real passion to go above and beyond and be surrounded by others who feel the same is an absolute must.

The successful Senior PHP Developer should have knowledge of the following:

  • At least 3 years PHP 5/7 development experience
  • Windows and Linux operating system experience
  • PHP Framework experience -Symfony, Zend, Codeignitor, cakephp
  • Ideally some knowledge of front end web development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Any Team mentoring would be a huge plus
