If so, this long-term opportunity to work in a fantastic Primary School, making a real difference to this student, could be the ideal role for you! *** Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis *** Trend setting Primary in Central London *** 1:1 position working with a Year 3 ASD student *** Graduate Position only *** Role starting immediately *** £60 – £70 per day dependent on experience *** Ofsted rated good school in Central London Job and Role This supportive Primary school is found in Central London and is easily commutable via the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines. This school has developed long-lasting relationships with other establishments in the local community which enhances the extra-curricular activities of the school. With an above average SEN intake staff ensure all students feel safe and settled by giving them the support they need to flourish and progress both academically and socially. You will be supporting a student with ASD in year 3. The student needs emotional support as well as help with her speech and language. The role will also involve you helping this young student, integrate with the other students. Person Attributes The Learning Support Assistant will have a cool and calm persona, with the ability to support pupils with autism. This is a great chance to gain experience over a full academic year before entering a Masters or Teacher Training. You will need to be an academic graduate with a real passion for Education.
