They’re looking for an experienced Processes and Procedures Team Member to join their team.

They are constantly looking to improve their processes and procedures and you will be at the heart of the team leading and contributing to the delivery. By continuously monitoring processes, you will ensure they are delivering against stakeholder requirements and analysing procedures in order to make proactive recommendations for improvements or changes.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience of configuring pensions administration software and have experience of leading small change projects. The ability to understand and interpret process maps and enhance processes for software applications is essential and experience of SQL is highly desirable.
