My client based in Ewell are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing customer support team, the role will primarily support their customers with queries, a level of complaint handling, preparing devices for dispatch and other administrative tasks.
- Handle inbound calls and email from customers
- Process customer orders in preparation for shipment
- Provide reports for internal and external customers
- Ensure customer queries and communications are logged on the CRM system

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a background within a customer services based role is essential. You must be able to handle customers queries by empathising, displaying patience and maintaining professionalism within a sometimes pressurised environment.
