Parts and Service Administrator
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator.

Our client is looking for a Parts & Service Administrator, key responsibilites include:-
To support the Division's service operations with parts and logistics support.
Deal with incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes and personal customer calls.
Ensure all urgent parts and after-sales issues are dealt with and progressed within agreed timeframes
Placing orders with their factory suppliers and placing daily and weekly factory orders for customers and the After- Sales service operations.
Identify required spare parts on their internal system.
Progress and chase supplier orders and back orders.
Raise credits for service exchange and returned items, carriage, handling and other authorised miscellaneous charges etc.
Reconcile factory invoices and credit notes with purchase orders and return documentation.
Responsible for administering calls from customers, liaising with service engineers and members of the divisions sales and after-sales teams where appropriate.
