Doorstep Field Agents Conexus Recovery & Field Services provides specialist Field services to our clients across the Utility and Banking Finance Sectors. Conexus Recovery & Field Services is seeking to increase the network of existing Doorstep Field Agents, we have self-employed posts available which may lead to employed positions. We are looking for self-motivated and professional individuals and people who have worked in similar roles such as - debt recovery, debt management, debt collection, relationship manager, enforcement officer, arrears officer, arrears controller or credit control. You will be provided with Full ‘on the job’ training and support by an experienced Field agent. Previous experience is not essential, however having door to door or customer service would be an advantage. Salary / Rates Self-Employed Doorstep Field Agents Competitive fees or commission rates varying from client to client, Full and part time flexible hours available and will be agreed with the area Manager within your area. You will be required: · Minimum - 2 evenings a week · Daytime visits · Evening visits · A few Saturday visits The Candidate: • Being Professional at all times • Able to use their initiative and enjoys working part of a team • Strong communication skills • Experience of working in a regulated environment will be beneficial • confidence in dealing with people face to face • Be reliable and organized • Have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly • Is self-motivated and looking to develop their own skills • Have own transport and a full drivers licence • Previous experience within a direct customer contact role (face to face or telephone) however not essential • Previous experience or knowledge of debt collection practices, however not essential Doorstep Visits Banking and Finance Sector You will also be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their home address to ‘reconnect’ the customer back to our call centre or the clients call centre. Once the customer has been passed to the call centre the call handler will obtain evidence of the customers’ ability to pay will discuss the account and set up a suitable payment plan with the customer. Utilities You will be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their supply address. You may be required to take meter reads, discuss a range of payment alternatives or reconnect the customer to our client, gather information about vulnerability and confirm if there have been tenancy changes and assess the viability of the client installing a pre-payment meter or smart meter being fitted. From time to time you may also need to attend court to obtain warrants of entry where field visits were unsuccessful. All Conexus Recovery & Field Services field visits are voice recorded through our tablet/phone based App this allows us to evidence the visit for our clients which provides reassurance for both the customer and the Agents.
