Spare Parts Co-ordinator
Blueprint Recruitment is currently working with an award winning and customer focused Gas Turbine business. Due to the continued success and growth within the company they are now recruiting for a Spare Parts Co-ordinator to be based out of their site in the Aberdeen area.
Reporting to the Spare Parts Supervisor you will have responsibility for the quotation of all spares as required by the customer and will utilise your collaboration skills in liaison with peers and key stakeholders to solve problems, improving performance to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction. As Spare Parts Co-ordinator you will maximise sales revenue and demonstrate commitment to surpass internal and external customers' expectations. Your existing understanding of manufacturing/automotive industries and sales processes will act as a foundation to you identifying areas of improvement between quotation and customer order delivery. Crucial to this role will be your ability to drive continual improvement processes working with various disciplines ensuring a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery. By enhancing the spares sales process capabilities together with your exceptional appreciation of the customer deadlines you will have success in turning customer-driven requirements into profitable solutions in line with our business strategy. This position will be up to 6 months.


o Provision of quotations in a timely manner to our clients.
o Supply supportive information to customer enquiries.
o Following up quotations submitted on a regular basis.
o Assist if required with expediting overdue orders.
o Overview customer orders and report any delays to Spare Parts Supervisor.
o Processing orders into our system in a proactive manner in order to maintain output and performance indicator spread sheets.
o Proactively work with purchasing to assist with the review of stock levels.
o Notify our clients of any delays in a courteous manner.
o Maintain and update CRM Systems.
o Determine field performance of Aftermarket equipment through telephone contact.
o Notify Spare Parts Supervisor in a pro-active manner of any potential late deliveries.
o To engage in any other activities requested by the Spare Parts Supervisor.

" Good standard of High School education or equivalent
" Working knowledge of sales environment
" Working knowledge within a manufacturing or automotive environment
Skills, training or special knowledge
" Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook)
" Working knowledge of CRM systems
" Working knowledge of ERP systems
