Established in 2013, and based in the Heart of Manchester City Centre, our Client are a specialist third party Pension Administration company specialising in Defined Contribution Occupational Pension Schemes. Due to a successful 2017, a fresh opportunity is now available for a Pensions Administrator to join their growing support team.

Managing and administering a portfolio of DC & DC Schemes, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Dealing with a variety of objectives, enquiries and correspondence from members, trustees & third parties
  • Liaising with all parties involved so that transfer requests are completed as quickly and professionally as possible
  • Taking and arranging payments including lump sums, death benefits and drawdown payments
  • Organising and managing busy workloads to make sure everything is completed efficiently and before given deadlines.
  • Using software programmes and CRM systems to add and update member records, transfer information and periodic events such as benefits, statements, payments & scheme valuations

Candidates applying for the role should come from a Pensions Administration background. Those who are familiar with Auto Enrolment / DC Schemes are of high interest, however SIPP Administrators will b strongly considered.
