At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our team helps customers affordably invest in new energy efficiency measures to help improve people’s lives. External wall insulation, new boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.

Right now we are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to help us build and continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients and customers. You will work closely across all of our operational streams to help the execution and delivery of our services. Your focus will be the delivery of individual campaigns for key large scale projects, from the initial customer contact and lead generation all the way through to the delivery of the contracts for internal and external clients. In co-operation with the Market Creation and Operational delivery teams you will ensure our commercial standards are maintained and those projects provide the best possible experience to the customer, no matter what the product.


This role also requires exceptional stakeholder management and commercial skills. You will be able to identify improvements to our operating model, but more importantly you will be able to influence senior stakeholders to ensure these changes are implemented. You will be constantly be scoping for additional external opportunities, and whether these new channels could deliver value for Installation Services. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring our people processes and systems are in place to deliver a leading customer experience. Required profile:

What we need from you:



•Clear ability to manage change and develop flexible strategy to deliver targets.
•Commercial acumen with several years’ experience in practical delivery.
•Experience project management, ideally delivering insulation measures (Boilers/EWI/CWI/LI/PV/HP)
•Experience in managing in a multiple function environment.
•Customer centric individual with the ability to understand and interpret consumers unmet needs into project deliverables.
•Track record in quality delivery. Experience in leading direct and/or virtual teams.
•Mindset - a good balance of creative, commercial and strategic.
•Proven experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders. Drive, determination and resilience. Acts with enthusiasm/passion with a strong commercial ethos.
•Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners.

•The confidence to put the customer at the heart of every decision you make, and could articulate how we could make improvements to our existing processes. Working across teams will be a key skill, as often our customers will have multiple products, which will effect several operational streams.
