I am currently recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager to be based in the Central London area. This is a permanent role working 40 hrs a week. This will be working for a leading facilities management company in UK offering a competitive package, including car allowance and bonus.

The role will involve supporting the Portfolio Manager managing with the delivery of compliant technical services across the Financial Portfolio, together with the day to day management of people and Company processes. Ensuring that the Safe Systems of Work are managed and adhered to by our resident teams and specialist sub-contractors.

Main Duties

Carry out Electrical and Mechanical works on the site to be in line with the SLA agreed.
Supervise and advise other technical staff and visiting contractors to ensure a safe delivery of business objectives.
Proactively and professionally manages Customer relationships by delivering a consistent high quality of service
Be a source of site reference for all M&E enquiries.
Supports the recruitment, retention, motivation and development of the team
Ensure safety and business continuity where practicable for our clients site.
Be responsible for completing the site audit and maintaining site compliance.

The candidate
Must have an understanding of all electrical and mechanical systems.
Must have 17th edition.
HNC in Electrical Engineering
Desirable - HV appointed person
