Winners are working with this highly respected local organisation in order to recruit an experienced Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the finance team for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a busy, enjoyable environment this is a varied role which is vital to the success of the financial operation.
Duties and responsibilities will include:Matching and coding invoicesBatch invoicesUpdating supplier account detailsSales InvoicesPayment ProcessingLogging funds received onto financial reporting systemReceipting monies receivedUpdating cleared funds with Management Accountant for cashflow.
Already experienced in a Ledger/Transactional Processing role you will be confident in both sales and purchase ledger procedures, confident in both written and verbal communication, be customer focused and possess fast and accurate keyboard skills.
This role is to cover maternity leave and will be available to start from the end of January.
