Page Personnel are delighted to be partnered up with our client in recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Billings Specialist.

Client Details

Our client is a market leading business located in Ayrshire that is renowned for its global presence in their market.


The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate financial information
  • Be the key liaison for billing enquiries
  • Work closely with customer support on all billing aspects
  • Ensure contracts are adhered to, in order to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Ensure all costs and revenue are appropriately captured prior to engine billing
  • Prepare profitability analysis for completed and invoiced projects
  • Provide a timely resolution to invoice disputes
  • Interact with Materials team and Engineering team to ensure invoicing accurately reflects initial quote and workscope.
  • Manage costs effectively and ensure correctly matched to work orders
  • Provide customer invoice details after invoice completed
  • Review and manage Aged WIP and project closure to ensure all costs are captured and billed


The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work within a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of SAP
  • Relevant financial background
  • Interest in operations and willingness to broaden commercial experience
  • Self-motivated and able to complete task in a changing environment
  • Knowledge using SAP S&D module

Job Offer

This position offers a market leading package with a salary between £25,000-£30,000
