Our client is seeking a temporary purchase ledger clerk to support the department with inputting purchase invoices onto the accounting system. Initially the support is required for approximately four weeks, but there may be potential for extension.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input purchase invoices onto the system
Matching and batching
Ensuring cost codes are correct
Ensuring accuracy of information on the database
Scanning and filing invoices
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
A high level of accuracy
Ability to deal with a volume of work
Can hit the ground running - experience is a must
Able to work independently
