Based in Pembury, Tunbridge Wells this successful and established software provider are a market leader in the provision of recruitment software to 300+ business organisations throughout the UK and due to continued growth have an exciting opportunity for a Junior / Graduate level Training and Learning Consultant.

The purpose of this role is to provide the full range of training services to clients either online, onsite or in the internal training centre in Pembury. Occasional travel in the UK will be required and therefore all applicants must have a driving licence. This role would suit a Graduate who ideally has some office based HR / Recruitment / IT experience and is seeking an entry level Training opportunity. This is an excellent chance to formalise your training skills and my client will also sponsor further studies in the form of Level 3 CIPD and the Institute of Learning & Development.

Another key focus of the role is to create training courses, user manuals, training materials and professional functionality videos so ideal candidates will have excellent writing skills with the ability to compose engaging copy. This position is for an entry level Training Consultant and therefore does not require previous recruitment software training experience. Training on the software and the ability to provide training as well as produce courses will be provided.


·Provide software training both onsite at clients’ , within the internal training centre and online

·Write copy in the form of manuals and user guides

·Produce functionality videos using recording and editing software (training provided)

·Design new and improve existing training courses and accompanying materials

·Provide soft skill training to internal members of staff

·Qualify prospect clients training needs and recommend training options

·Qualify existing clients training needs when enquiries about training occur and assist with their decision-making process

·Provide user assistance to clients through telephone calls and emails

The ability to prioritise your workload effectively, follow processes and be highly organised is of critical importance to perform effectively in this role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential. You will possess excellent people skills, be able to communicate clearly and have a strong presence. To succeed in this role, you will need to be aself-starter who iscomfortableworkingin this varied and creative role and you will have a strong interest in pursuing learning and development (L&D) as a career.


·£20,000 – £25,000 per annum dependent on experience

·Professional development and formal Training Qualifications with the CIPD & Learning and Performance Institute provided

·20 days’ annual leave rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service. In addition, 3 days paid holiday between Christmas and New Year

·Access to a pool car/hire cars to travel to client sites
