Service Manager (Engineering)
£35,000 - £40,000 (£50,000 OTE) + Bonuses + Company Car + Benefits

Are you a Service Manager or Senior Service Engineer from an Overhead Cranes background looking for a hands-on role with a very attractive benefits package where you will be responsible for a small team and will report only to the Site Director?

On offer is a hands-on role where you will split your time between being on the tools servicing equipment and in the office dealing with quotes and managing staff.

This is a well-established company that has been operating for over 30 years and is renowned for its financial stability. They supply, service and maintain a wide variety of cranes and lifting equipment for a wide range of leading manufacturers across the UK.

This role would suit an experienced Service Manager or a Senior Service Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career up to a Management level.

The Role:
*Managing a team of 12 Service staff.
*Responsible for the management of Field Service Staff including the management of the 24 hour call out rota.
*Responsible for Service Quotations alongside the Sales Manager.

The Person:
*Must have a working knowledge of the Overhead Cranes industry.
*Time served Service Engineer.
*Electro-Mechanically trained.
