Spanish Speaking Finance Team Assistant

ASAP Start - £23,000

Temp-Perm Contract

Independently owned private equity investment company seek a Spanish speaking Team Assistant to join the company on a Temporary - Permanent basis. The role will be based in vibrant offices within the London West End. The ideal candidate will ideally come from an Administration background, looking to take the next step within their career.


  • Maintain electronic filing systems
  • Translate communications between documents
  • Booking travel, meeting rooms, conferences and events
  • Update data on Excel
  • Collating expenses for the company
  • Maintaining and keeping calendar and contact list up to date
  • Working closely with the Office Manager
  • Providing assistance with arranging events
  • Liaising with the IT and Finance team with projects
  • Ad hoc administrative duties to help when required

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years experience within a similar position
  • English and Spanish communication is desired for this role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience preferably within Investment, Banking or Insurance
