My client is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator preferably within Life and Pensions area.
Main duties will include -
Liaising with client from initial telephone / email enquiry and consultation through to completion of business. Preparing client files and relevant pension and investment information / quotes for the practice advisers.
Ensuring excellent Customer Service at all times by following up on initial enquiries.
Processing of data and regular accurate updating of client files.
Other ad hoc administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience -
The ideal candidate will demonstate competence within financial services admin, having worked for at least two years in the industry. Have exceptional organisational skills and have ability to develop knowledge of the Financial Industry, both by continuous learning within the role and professional qualifications aspired to.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
