Delphi 3rd Line Support Analyst

Salary To 35K + Excellent Benefits

We have a vacancy for an experienced Delphi Support Analyst to join our Client's Application Maintenance team, based in Birmingham City Centre. The AM team provides 3rd line support to clients, working closely with their Customer Support Centre (CSC) to resolve incidents via code changes. To be considered you will require:



· Good commercial experience in supporting/programming Delphi

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in customer support and the ability to effectively communicate with clients in order to diagnose issues and deliver progress updates

· Proven ability in the design and implementation of Object Oriented systems


· Technical skills in the other main technologies in use . RPG would be the preference although others such as Java, C# and an understanding of Visual Studio would be beneficial.

· Ability to identify areas of continuous improvements

· Familiar with incident management methodologies

· Working knowledge of the stockbroking industry


· Excellent organisational skills

· Be highly motivated and able to take the initiative

· Strong analysis and problem solving skills

· Ability to manage client and third party relationships

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: In the region of £35K, depending on skills and experience
