Retail Merchant Services are currently recruiting for Credit Controller to join our growing team at our Milton Keynes Head Office.
Based in Central Milton Keynes, Retail Merchant Services is the fastest growing and largest independent merchant services provider in the UK. Over 45,000 businesses use our Chip & PIN Terminals every day to process ?3 billion credit & debit card transactions every year.
Joining an established team at our Milton Keynes Head Office, you will be responsible for chasing and collecting failed payments and outstanding debt from our customers. You will contact customers via phone, email and letter as well as liaising with internal departments to resolve any queries
- Demonstrate experience within credit control contacting customers, primarily by telephone, to collect payments
- Have experience in following credit control procedures including providing next step advise and raising final demands.
- Be computer literate, including Microsoft Excel
- Be persuasive and tenacious in your approach to collect outstanding balances preferably by credit or debit card.
- Possess excellent communication skills and in particular telephone skills.
We are looking for a friendly and professional team player who is enthusiastic, confident on the telephone, experienced in credit control and maintaining the accounts.
- Salary will be ?18,000 to ?22,000 depending on experience.
