There is now an excellent opportunity for a qualified Financial Planner looking to take the next step in their career. The position is suited to Financial Planners who are passionate about client engagement and who have a natural flair for developing new and existing business.

About the Job and skills required:

    • Provide holistic financial planning advice to a bank of existing clients, delivering the service level they subscribe to from JLTWM

    • Develop referral opportunities from outside and from within the JLT Group

    • Promote JLTWM within the wider JLTEB group and with other professional connections, identifying opportunities for selling JLTWM services

    • Provide financial planning advice to individuals through comprehensive KYC, undertaking a needs analysis and identifying solutions within the principles of best advice and suitability

    • Work in conjunction with the support team to produce advice reports to regulatory standards and implement solutions agreed with client

    • Manage workflow in conjunction with the support team, ensuring that all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the firm's record keeping and file quality requirements

    • Ensure that high standards of client care are met by demonstrating competence in all stages of the advisory process, operating at all times in a manner which befits an Approved Person and complying with the FCA's Statements of Principles and the firm's documented performance measures/standards and compliance plan

    • Demonstrate a commitment to Treating Customers Fairly and deliver good customer outcomes



    • Qualified to Diploma Level
    • Attained and current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) from CII


    • Attained or working towards Advanced Diploma / Chartered Status
    • AF3 or G60 qualified
