CMA Recruitment Group has been asked to source a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for one of our expanding service provider clients, who is based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. The extra resource is required for a period of 6 months.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your main duties will include:

*Ensuring that invoices are coded and inputted correctly to the system;
*Checking and processing staff expenses;
*Supplier statement reconciliations;
*Assisting in the preparation of BACs payments;
*Support the order processing process, ensuring that purchase requisitions are authorised;
*Resolution of queries.

The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will be a high personable, team player with the ability to establish effective, professional and positive working relationships.
