We are seeking a full-time Website Developer at our office in South West London.

What will I be doing?

This role will involve developing and managing a portfolio of eCommerce websites. Our client, Belmond, owns a diverse collection of travel experiences including some of the finest hotels in the world like Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice and Belmond Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, as well as the timeless Venice Simplon-Orient-Express train.

Your core duties will involve developing and managing new and existing features and API integrations for their websites. An important part of the role will be having direct contact with clients and you will need to offer excellent service and sensible, intelligent advice to them. You will always be on the lookout for ways to improve the websites you work with, both in terms of functionality and business development.

How will I learn and grow?

You will work in a small team of highly experienced ecommerce consultants, with plenty of opportunity for learning and growth.

You'll gain hands-on experience of the luxury travel industry and the ecommerce requirements that go with that. You'll also be involved in decisions regarding web design and user experience, and will contribute to more than just technical development.

This is a permanent role, subject to review after an initial three month probationary period.

Technical skills

You must be capable of both coding to spec and actively analysing a situation and identifying and recommending the optimum solution to a complex problem.
