The polkadotfrog team are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a technology company based in Cambridge to start as soon as possible for a 6 month contract.

Your main role will be to assist in the running of the company’s purchase order system and the Sage accounting system.

General Duties include:

Raising purchase ordersDealing with enquiriesRaising invoicesPosting to SageCollecting monthly expenses

Candidate skills required:

Educated to A Level or higher2 years’ experience working in purchase ledgerKnowledge of Sage accountingWorking knowledge of Microsoft products

Previous experience of using SharePoint would be advantageous but not essential.

Personal skills required:

Good communication skillsOrganised and methodicalHigh levels of attention to detail Able to use own initiative and prioritise workloads
