Operations Administrator (Financial Services)

Looking to develop your career with experience in an award-winning business in the financial services industry? Our client is now looking to recruit a number of hardworking, articulate people to join their Operations teams where you will play a key role in providing their award-winning service to their customers. They have a number of roles that will be fixed term until Summer 2018.

Position: Operations Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: up to £21,000 + study support + benefits

Responsibilities:

- Day to day administration of their products, including any enquiries received by phone, email and post.
- Processing your workload in accordance with procedures, external, internal compliance, regulatory requirements and product rules.
- Processing client requests and documentation, ensuring the smooth running of administrative services to meet with internal and external service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with FCA Regulations at all times, with breaches / suspected breaches reported immediately.
- Developing a knowledge and understanding of the organisation's services and products, continually considering the FCA’s principles of treating customers fairly.
- Maintaining accurate records on paper and electronically using databases and other client systems.
- Co-operate with all other teams to ensure efficient operating processes and a positive client experience.

About you:

- You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A-C, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Some office based experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to with high volumes.
- Good IT software knowledge including MS Office (in particular Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Able to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
