As a Digital Specialist, you will be working on tickets raised on live issues across all digital platforms. You will be the first line for escalations for all colleagues across the Bank for all queries relating to Mobile and Internet Banking. You will become a subject matter expert and gain exposure to other areas across the Bank, whilst embracing the wealth of knowledge that awaits you.
So what would you be doing?
• Resolving live issues across the mobile and internet banking platforms
• Working closely with digital propositions to improve and develop current processes and features across mobile and internet banking platforms
• Supporting the testing of enhancements to existing products across digital channels
• Working closely with colleagues across the Bank to support escalations

• Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical approach to working
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise live digital issues
• Have a sound knowledge of the multiple platforms used in operations i.e. T24, 4Tress Console, CRM
• An excellent knowledge of both mobile and online platforms
