Job Role: Sales Ledger Clerk

Salary: £16k - £18k

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Location: Coalville, North Leicestershire

SF Group are currently working in Partnership on an exclusive role as Sales Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis. This is an extremely exciting time for our client who due to a rapid period of growth and restructure are in a position to strengthen their North Leicestershire team. Based in Coalville, their focus is on excellent customer service and improving customer experience wherever possible.

The Role:

  • Setting up new clients
  • Producing invoices
  • Banking and reconciliation
  • Running off turnover statements
  • Chasing up outstanding debts
  • Sorting out any rebates and filing
  • Checking VAT has been included on invoices
  • Providing creditors with VAT receipts

Experience Required:

  • Ideal to have experience working within a Finance team previously
  • Able to work solo and within a team
  • Intermediate/ Advanced with Microsoft Excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to handle large work loads
