My client is an owner managed rapidly expanding SME, specializing in the installation and after management of THE MOST CUTTING EDGE ANPRSYSTEMS on the market currently.

This is a tech start up, a small company with huge ambitions led by a CEO who has an unrivalled reputation for innovation in the market place, having successfully built and sold his previous companies.

Everyone within the company is working together towards a common goal of providing the best possible service to customers whilst maintaining the companies’ interests at heart.

If you need micro managing, this position is not for you. You should be totally comfortable with treating this position like it is your own business; you are totally responsible for your own success and future promotional opportunities shall be there for the taking.

The Positions:

Due to growth, my client is seeking a 3 new Field Service Engineers to join the team:

·South East UK (London centric)

·Midlands UK

·North UK

The Field Service Engineer’s main responsibilities will include:

·Installation of ANPR systems to the retail sector.

·Preventative planned maintenance

·Building relationships with clients and insuring first class customer service delivery.

·Working closely with the management to ensure successful working practices.

·The role involves being a great representative of the company, helping to build client relationships through a thoroughly customer service focused attitude and strong work ethic.

The Candidate:

·Previous experience in a similar position is essential – CCTV or ANPR.

·Must be prepared to roll his/her sleeves up with the rest of the team when needed.

·Should be a good relationship builder with a friendly disposition.

·Engineering qualifications or vast industry experience

·Must be a quick learner (full training is provided).

·Have own tools.

·Must have a UK driving license & full working rights (perm) in the UK.

The Package:

£25,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus vehicle, plus package.

This is a full time permanent position.
