Purchase Ledger Help Desk Clerk
Bristol
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum plus benefits

Ambridge Harris is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Help Desk Clerk on behalf of our client based in Bristol to join their existing and fast growing team. Reporting to the Help Desk Supervisor, your role will be to support the existing business within the company.

You will be accountable for;

* Ownership of Purchase Ledger Mailboxes and ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved within the teams required timeframes
* Helping to ensure company hits SLA's:
* Delivery of excellent service to branches and suppliers to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Escalating complex issues to ledger owners, but maintaining ownership of that issue through to resolution, and following up if response not given within required SLA
* Filing up to date daily
* Purchase Ledger admin duties as required - Including answering phone calls and dealing with post
* Any other tasks as directed

The successful applicant will possess the following;

* Able to work to a high degree of accuracy
* Confident of dealing with a high volume workload
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent IT skills
* Flexible approach to work
* A strong team ethic
* Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables desirable
